Over the years Tim has become an integral part of FCC approach to design build construction. Byrne Harmon Byrne Harmon

Byrne has been a partner of FCC since 2002 and today is Vice President of Operations. Byrne brings over 25 years of construction experience to the team. His career began as a job supervisor for FCC before moving into the management team. Byrne's vast construction experience gives him the skill set to work with clients up front to help design and budget there project to meet the goals and needs for the client. As owner and operator of FCC he stands behind every project his team touches to ensure the client is receiving a best in class construction experience from start to finish.

Jeff Davis Jeff Davis

Jeff brings 10 years of construction experience to the project team with 8 years in project management. His experiences includes industrial & manufacturing additions & renovations, religious facility additions & renovations, and interior office build outs.

Jeff has experience in both the hands on work and construction management tasks required to successfully complete any project. From initial owner/architect design meetings, budgeting, sub-contractor selection, scheduling, and final occupancy. He is involved in all aspects of each project and his experience in the industry allows him to oversee each phase to ensure a successful and timely completion.

Dave Lucas Dave Lucas

Dave brings 8 years of construction management experience to the project team. His experiences include new multi story health care facilities, interior office build outs, and industrial/manufacturing additions and renovations. Dave is experienced in both project management and preconstruction services, he understands the necessary steps it takes to put a project together from concept to occupancy. Working directly with design teams Dave provides the constructability and value analysis to help meet project design goals in a timely and costly manner. As project manager he oversees the project at all levels to ensure quality, cost, schedule and safety throughout the project.

With 9 years of construction management experience Brock is a valuable asset to the project team. His experiences include new multi story health care facilities, interior office build outs, advanced technology and industrial/manufacturing additions and renovations including pre-engineered metal buildings.

Experience in preconstruction, project management and everything in between has given Brock the ability to successfully take a project from conception to completion. With a customer focused approach Brock provides conceptual budgeting, constructability reviews and value analysis to the design consultants to ensure the team delivers value without compromising quality. As project manager Brock oversees the entire project to ensure quality, cost, schedule and safety goals are achieved.

Wendy Dunkle has worked in the construction industry for almost 20 years starting her career in the mechanical field and moving into a key role as FCC, Inc. Wendy is responsible for the daily office operations as well as analysis reporting, budgeting and financial planning for the company.

Rick Colburn Rick Colburn

Rick brings 30 years of construction experience to the project team. For 20 years Rick was a successful custom home builder until joining the FCC team as an on site superintendent. Rick as well as all FCC superintendents are very hands on supervisors working directly with all crews daily to help coordinate for proper layout and sequencing of the project.

Bob has over 30 years of construction experience over 20 years in residential custom home building and 10 years in the commercial industry. Bob grew up a masons son and laid block until starting his own home building company in the late 80's. For 20 years Bob was a successful custom home builder until joining the FCC team as an on site superintendent. Bob as well as all FCC superintendents are very hands on supervisors working directly with all crews daily to help coordinate for proper layout and sequencing of the project.

Terry VanRhee Terry VanRhee

Terry is a dedicated member of the FCC management team and brings over 25 years of experience with the company. Terry has spent his career running the structural steel and pre engineered building projects and has a clear understanding of the process and procedures it takes to run and coordinate large steel buildings. Terry currently oversees FCC structural steel division, coordinating the fabrication, and erection manpower schedules.
