2016 marks the 57th year that FCC has been servicing West Michigan from its' location in Caledonia. Originally founded by Don Fredricks as Fredricks Construction Company, son Tim Fredricks has teamed with Byrne Harmon to become FCC, Inc. Over the past 15 years, these two industry veterans have increased the company’s focus on the commercial general contracting industry, while developing a very impressive resume of completed buildings and repeat customers.

As of 2016 Tim is retiring and Byrne will assume full ownership of company as president.

Initially established as a masonry contracting company, FCC has evolved into a full-service construction company with a broad range of self-performing capabilities including:

  • Site Work
  • Structural Steel
  • Selective Demolition

FCC now employs 60 construction professionals including 10 office and managerial staff, 9 field supervisors and foremen and 40 craft employees. With a passion for building and problem-solving, FCC strives to be the top experts for industrial and manufacturing building as well as a premiere contractor for structural design. We also seek to increase our customer base into parts of south and central Michigan.
